26/11:Supreme Court upholds Kasab's death sentence

The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld the death sentence of Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab in the Mumbai terror attacks case. Dismissing Kasab’s plea that he was not given a fair trial in the case, the court said “waging war against the country is the primary and foremost offence committed by Kasab. We are left with no option but to uphold the death sentence of Kasab”.

The court also observed that not providing counsel to Kasab at pre-trial stage did not vitiate his trial in the case

Death sentence after 4 long years...wonder if this is going to bring any closure. Also, if kasab writes to the new president Pranab da to commute his death sentence to a life sentence - expect more theatrics from politicians to gain mileage out of the issue with minority groups. Only way to allow justice is to drop kasab near the gateway of india - and let an angry mob work its magic!!!

Lets see what that oldy pranab dada had to decide, after being the reason for death of 180+ people, no one is alive..
Lets hope this guy gets death as early as possible, but hey wait a minute what happened to that Afsal guru, that piece of shi-t should also get the death sentence.. kill those bastards they are curse to humanity..

This 4 years , the PR advantage we gained due to Ksab is enormous
