If Indian Investigation Agencies did not reopened the Samjhauta Blast Case, Col. Purohit would have been still in the Army. Note the keyword here "Indian Investigation Agencies". It showed the world that if there is decay inside the Indian Society we are ready to cut it out rather than gloss over it like what Pakistan is doing.
