Again, not one country in the entire world has officially said that the Pakistani government is responsible for the 26/11 attacks.

And there is no proof of it being true either.

Considering the plot of 26/11 was hatched in Pakistan; the onus of finding proof should be in Pakistan. Besides circumstantial evidence which includes phone calls to Pakistan and material recovered from the attackers - what do they expect India to find? Oh, and of course people in their media were saying 26/11 was an Indian drama and Ajmal Kasab was a Sikh named Amar Singh!
