Things to investigate. What kind of negligence on driver part caused a crash with flyover? It is a rule that loaded fuel truck travelling within city must not exceed 50-60 KM

.
The blast seems to be very huge. Did the blast cause a chain explosion of cars or other flammable stuff ?
Or a kind of Terrorist attempt?!
