2014 report: Pakistan 'most improved' in nuclear security, India not so

.
From the list, the countries above the Pakistan in ranking do not have corruption, instability, and most importantly terrorism issues which Pakistan has. In this scenario Pakistan should be ranked at first.

. . .
Is possessing the most 'improved' WMDs something to be proud of? Really??

There are a lot of other things that one needs to be proud of like good health care, education, poverty reduction and improving the standard of living. But for Pakistan, it's improving the standard of WMDs instead that is the priority! :P
We already have better Standards of living overall.

country infested by talibans....how can your nukes be safe? o_O
And the country whose 40% mass is in control of Nexelides and 600 districts asking for freedom and 140 of them have taken arms is saying this to us whose just 3 areas r in armed struggle ie BLA, Sindhu Desh and north waziristan's TTP.

. . .
These small desi gundas are no threat to our nuclear plants...not even maoists or lashkar taiba but in a small land of pakistan where gang wars, BLA and TTP are freely roaming killing high CID officials ......seems dicey o_O
With all that going, Pakistani nuclear are still safer than bharati counterpart, go figure bhai jan

. .
No surprise here...
Pakistan has lot of problems with their national security...
And obviously their nuclear installments deserve more security

.
India doesn't have nukes.... all they can mull up is a dirty bomb.

.
Not to shock anyone here. But we will soon see some new reports suggesting that Pakistan nukes are not safe and terrorist may soon acquire them, so US have a special force team ready to take them out GI Joe Part 2 style.
