JI is not technically a terrorist group. The US or any Western nation doesn't term it as such. It's a political party. Did they break any Bangladeshi law in respect to the situation?

You may be right on saying that JI Walas haven't been kissing right arse, infect why on kissing any one's arse at all after naming thyself an idealist? JI walas had made many serious mistakes like not infiltrating in state organs to the fullest extent but believing in it as savior, dancing with the tone of RAWamy Medias to call Bangla Bhai Jongi etc. Initially people thought that they were right but when state organs were used to hunt them down, JI walas were founded sleeping. The result was the mass arrest of their leaders and activists for hollow reasons like unknown war crime, carrying Jihadi books etc. The JI's fools should had understood that the bogus WOT was nothing but crushing devout Muslims by extremist Hindutavya walas in subcontinent, so they could have taken the appropriate measure against it. But alas! the fools were dying painful death by Hindutavya state-terrorists and not finding anyone to save them out.
