Not a doctor like @satishkumarcsc but I have lived in ajmer for almost a year and there many Pakistanis come for ajmer sharif dargah..And satish is right,when you talk to them the do think that they are entitled to every right indian citizen has in india.

Medical Visa's should be encouraged, Several children are saved, btw this is not done free, infact hospitals charge extra if the patient is from overseas.....

This point strike me because many Pakistanis believe that they have given Red Fort and Taj Mahal to India. Maybe they also believe they have give India to Indians from Pakistan, though sub-consciously.

That's incorrect. These visas were given to Hindus in 2005 and now citizenship is granted.
