They are finding loopholes, these Drones no longer cross into Pakistan but fire from within Afghanistan. It also takes time to locate and intercept these drones, we cannot afford our jets to be on constant patrol on the Western Border.

Its about a frameof reference. A plane inside Afghan territory firing on a vehicle outside or inside Pak territory is unstoppable as an attack would be considered an aggressive maneouvre. PAF has long held this rule even against Russian and IAF platforms. The wreckage needs to fall inside PAK land for it to have legitimacy.
The matter of whether we will take on the US or not is a very difficult one for various one. It is one thing to say so but to do so it needs tosatisfy a lot of criteria for legitimacy of strike. This is the crux of the issue. I will not go into the hypothetical "what if". For instance what do we do if the US invades Pakistani Territory? The terms of reference will change totally then.

sometime i wonder we should simply disband our army but than its not their fault(atleast not on paper), its fault of our politicians who come from the sindh and punjab power house

Where was that published that surveillance drones came inside peshawar ? Which year it happened in? Atleast now ot should not be happeing earlier they were using our bases but now they are not even present in pakistan. Our civilain and military both bureaucracies are slaves to americans

Tuesday’s suspected drone attack targeted the vehicle of a militant commander named Jamiuddin, said the Pakistani official, who is based in the area, speaking on condition of anonymity, added that it also killed an associate of the commander.

A senior member of the Haqqani network told Reuters: “Maulvi Jamiuddin was our trusted man. He was part of our organization and used to facilitate our fighters movement.”

He added that Jamiuddin was traveling in his car in Pakistan’s Kurram region and that none of his associates were killed in the attack.

“Jamiuddin stopped the car ... for conversation on his cellular phone when the drone fired two missiles and killed him on the spot,” another Haqqani member said.
