Pak navy was begging the PAF for help---but the then air chief told the navy---take care of your own problems.

After the attack andd destruction---when navy complained of lack of PAF air support---A Rahim the then ACM is known to have said " It happens Ole Chap".

I think it will be very difficult for India to enforce any kind of blockade or a surprise attack and any attack will result in a response that will make India look incompetent. Feb27 2019 and subsequent surfacing of Indian sub was a good lessons for the Indians but Pakistan should have hit the sub and boarded it
