Did you ? Considering we are still posting on this thread.

Offcourse capturing Haji pir pass with just a handful of soldiers in 1965 was big victory for India but not as big victory, as conquering and dismembering half of Pakistan.

Which is where you have led this thread to.
it summarizes thinking of some pakistanis - they want tactical gains at expense of strategic objectives

.
Tiger hill is with us.
And for P5353 we retaliated by capturing P5310 inside Pakistan..

You Would Be Better Off Giving References for P5310 And We Captured Just Not P5353 But At Least Six Strategic Peaks

Well there is likely video from 1971 which shows Indian troops led by Major Chewang Rinchen capture 800 sq.km of Pakistan territory including 5 villages inhabitated by 1000+ families.

Maybe But There Are Even Pictures Of Pakistani Army Capturing Rajasthan Territory Upto Jailsalmer

Five of those peaks were taken back by 2001.

Here P5310:

We also captured 3 more positions inside Pakistan:

Unlike kishan fort which is now in our control, Turtuk was never returned after ceasefire.

A nation's Army dont fear death or defeat, they fear surrendering without fight. Thats what you did.

So why did you surrender to the Chinese in 62? The Japanese, Americans, Indians, Pakistanis, the British, Germans etc have all at one time taken to the idea that common sense is better than useless valour.

I'll look into it.

As for this thread, the 65 war has been discussed so many times I have lost count. Thread closed.
