18th amendment under spotlight again

Well the 18th (Ammendment , correction of Constitution) was done , because people claimed the Provinces are not getting a fair share of Funding

The main , beneficiary was Balochistan who always was given a small share, and of course Sindh was second Province who always complained.

However , even after the correction of law , the condition of Sindh has not vastly improved

• Steeles Mills in Sindh , Karachi is Shut down
• Karachi is unclean and not maintained
  
• No major transport project completed in Karachi
  
• Other cities of Sindh are neglected
• Hospitals in Sindh are at their worse
• No major water dam projects or artificial lakes have been taken up in Sindh
  
• Vast amount of water (rain water) is wasted monthly

The law promised Money to go in hand of Province take carers , however the performance of these Provincial governments specially in Sindh is mediocre

• Qouta System of Sindh
• Mediocre performance in Education and Sanitation

Sindh Gets alot of Money

Year 1 5-9 Billion Dollar (Fix , Transportation at least 1 sector)
Year 2 5-9 Billion Dollar (Fix , City cleaning / Sanitation )
Year 3 5-9 Billion Dollar (Fix , Roads/Tree plantation across province)
Year 4 5-9 Billion Dollar (Fix , Artificial lake creation for water storage)
Year 5 5-9 Billion Dollar (Fix , Water Storage build tankers/towers)


Eating up 24-40 billion in 4 years, nothing is world standard in Sindh


Fix at least one sector !!!
