1500 KG Explosives found in Lahore

and the funny thing is that couple of days ago i said Police should raid in each and every house in Iqbal town and seal the ways to exit from Lahore and it was ranked a Lowly quality post by the Staff today they found these explosives from exactly the same town

Happy that they found these explosives otherwise who knows they would have used the same explosives in the coming days.

I see no reason why the handlers of terrorists have not imported nuclear devices and biological warfare from india!
I strongly believe Dengu out break was RAW mischeif.

I see no reason why many battalions of indian army are not already setteled in major cities and near cantonments.

I still believe it is possible to secure Lahore.... just seal it first... and move in right direction instead of opening cases against Musharraf.

70kg explosives seized in capital

ISLAMABAD: Sabzi Mandi police Monday impounded a vehicle during checking near Toll Plaza on I J Principal Road and recovered around 70 kilograms of explosive material, a police spokesman said.

Police deputed at Toll Plaza stopped a Toyota Hiace [LXK-1618] and recovered seven cartons containing around 70 kilograms of explosive material. Two persons including a woman were taken into custody and shifted to Sabzi Mandi police station for investigation. app

im not buying this BS, two days after 45 people die the police starts putting out a sh*** load of explosives ? how come there were no "anonymous tips" for the months beforehand. This is all police propaganda to save face and look like they're doing something. the problem is our police is not equiped very well.......so dont just blame them...blame the gov who is not providing sufficient equipements to police to counter these kinds of threats!
and most of the time our own people dont cooperate with police!(including me and u!) they see things but they just let it go...like nothing happened!!
The problem is with our own people, they always bring the most corrupt person to power, and thats why every time army have to step in and take the charge!

Good but i am not trust on Pakistani news because they always lie. Media is under Army and Govt control especially. After everyblast our media annouced casualities are totally different from realities (i am also one of these blast and terrorist activies victm especially GHQ event).

Casualities around 50 - 60 and our media reported on channels 10 - 15 secondly CIA and FIA and lots of Agencies are involved "to leak" terrorist from police and jails. We have lots of examples like that our inner people are involved in ARMY and POLICE BOTH. Recenlty some of very very good Police SHO captured terrorist and few other people and he openly said on media that from that day i recieved calls from CIA and from upper staff to immedialtly release that terrorist people otherwise we will kill you or posting you some other place. He said on live GEO that our police (he is SHO) and very good person he said i was shocked i dont want to tel my officer Head name but even he threatend me. So we have problem inside not outside our people are not fair with this country. I am not believe on t his news that police found 1500 KG explosion because terrorst suscide attackers attackd in front of Agencines Headquaters (agencies even dont know Terrrorist standing in front of our office) and they killed 100 people with in seconds where are agencies ? are they sleeping ??? just want to show performace to country such kinds of news we have listen that Police captured terrorst... found explosion etc.

Atleast i am not trust on this news.

Thats another incident. She was taking fire crackers via local trasport which is not allowed because a single cigarate can blow up the whole thing. She might be taking it to sell it in Isb.

Why do you have to skeptical about their intentions? Had this been the military, this thread would have been jammed with thumbs up and shabashes. They've done something good. If you have proof that they faked it, then bring it up otherwise passing demoralizing messages is of no good.

Because we know the worth and skills of our police very well.

The history and facts proved it that they had been locking up innocent people after every failure to maintain law and order, just for face saving.

I can understand why a lot of members on here view this sudden find of material with cynicism as it seems very fishy.

Why would the police announce this find so soon, they should have watched the shop to see who was running this operation.

Also, why hasn't the shop keeper been tracked?

This could be old weapons from previous raids put on display to alay the publics fears.

where they get all these explosives? there were a brand name on those bags containing explosive in the pictures posted....and those suicide jackets where they produce them? locally? i don't think that they are handycraft products....anyway it's always a good news when thery sized terrorists, ammo, explosive etc. maybe some people are a bit sheptic but i don't think that these all seized explosives are a drama for the reason why media say diffrent figures on the death tool maybe they don't wana alarm people or simply because the casualties have been ocure also after few hours in the hospitals bcz of seriously injured persons.
