Those are considered scrap by jordan as they are old aircrafts of A and B model ... upgrading them means making them a totally different aircraft except for airfram which means significant infrastructure, training cost as a result of which additional cost of upgradation per aircraft will be much higher whereas they will be useful for only 10 to 15 years ...

For Pakistan we already have infrastructure for operating MLU aircraft so we can absorb them just by upgrading them at a minimal cost whereas ohr pilots are already trained on them so an additional squadron will be huge bost to Pakistan at minimal cost as comparision to jordan ...

Last 13 were bought for 75 million including sqn ground support equipment or gse and a simulator per modp report/ paf history

Lastly they are not basic A/B model and can carry aim-120 etc
