It's amazing how different things looks from where you see them. To us, this will ensure that the American military stays on top of the technological changes that are ongoing with the modern world. If you read about what DARPA is trying to do, you'll see the idea behind such compact hi-speed weapon delivery system: 1: to take out the enemy within ONE hour of target assignment. 2: to ensure that the collateral damage is reduced down to the minimum.

Now if the message is heard loud and clear, then why would anyone want to be on the receiving end? This is a retaliatory weapon to ensure the US military can reach to a target immediately vs. waiting for the Navy or other assets to get there.

Imagine if we had this on 911.....OBL would've been history within the next few hours....THAT would've saved precious lives. Both of American, allied forces and civilian casualties who get killed as collateral damage

Irrespective of the conspiracy theories that go around Pakistan and other countries, if President Busch hadn't taken his time to order large attacks on Tora Bora, OBL would've been history then. But weapons like these will ensure no one's able to run away!
