In Baghdad, up to a hundred bodies a day are dumped on the streets. Often they've been tortured with electric drills. Yet those doing the killing have little to do with al Qaeda or Sunni insurgents. The majority of the killings are carried out by Shia death squads who want to turn Iraq into a Shia state aligned to Iran.

That video is about the 2006-2008 (civil) war when there were no security forces, it was ignited by Al-Zarqawi's group that bombed the Askari Shrine, no different than IS. It is even disputed whether that was a civil war though given that there were no public security forces one can expect such crimes to happen as in any undeveloped country without security forces.

I believe Iraq's Sunnis (except those loyal to IS whom are unlikely to last long) have only become more supportive of the Majoos after experiencing IS rule and noticing reactions from the rest of Muslims. I say next year we hold a latmiya in central Fallujah.

It's highly likely maybe inevitable that if some Sunnis once again protest the army/police their own kind will lynch them, the Anbar protests of 2012-13 were supported by many, infiltrated by IS.
