It wasn't mine! I just added that info but you made it the focal point of your debate instead.
As for the surrender of 34 ISIS fighters, the other story is that they surrendered to ANA to escape Taliban's onslaught and as seen in videos they were lifted out of area by ANA helis (without a single in handcuffs!).
OK.
No, that is not correct. I have rechecked the video you shared to make sure I am not misreading events.
The narrator of the video (shared by you) showed clip(s) of ISIS-K fighters who surrendered to ANDSF in
Jowzjan Province in 2018. These were 200 in total.

Now here is more to this same story/event. ISIS-K in Jowzjan was being led by
Qari Hekmat. This man was a tactician and had defeated Afghan Taliban in some regions before. CIA/USA eliminated him in 2018 to help Afghan Taliban rout ISIS-K in Jowzjan province.
A local commander of the Islamic State (IS) extremist group has been killed by Afghan security forces in the northern province of Jawzjan, Afghan officials say.

A large number of Islamic State-Khorasan Province fighters surrendered to Afghan forces in Jowzjan province, a spokesperson for the US and NATO mission in Afghanistan said

"The Taliban are fighting ISIS, and we encourage that because ISIS needs to be destroyed." - General John Nicholson, the commander of U.S. forces in Afghanistan.
So? Information of the source MilitaryTimes is validated here which I posted earlier.
Mawlavi Habib Ur Rehman was also among these people.

Now the interesting part is this:
Targeted by the Taliban in northern Afghanistan, the Islamic State militants turned themselves into the government, but many civilians are furious at what they see as lenient treatment.

So it looks like Ashraf Ghani had something in his mind.
Ashraf Ghani and Amrullah Saleh - these two people are responsible for damaging Afghanistan - Pakistan relations to large extent. These two are well-known Indian lapdogs, or were in Indian pockets.
Now here is further food for thought:
1. Could it be that Americans were frustrated with the Ghani-Saleh duo as well? Why would Biden administration ditch this duo in a heart beat lately?
2. ANDSF folded to Afghan Taliban in a span of days while serving the Ghani-Saleh duo. It seems like ANDSF had no motivation to fight for this duo?
Pakistan brought Afghan Taliban and USA to the negotiation table, and this was the turning point of events in Afghanistan in favor of Pakistan. This is our success story.
