I was gonna ask too,but there was generally intercommunal violence in Cyprus. And in 1974 things exploded with EOKA B and then the Invasion. But seeing posts like that here is like an invitation to start a flame war. Imagine if Bangladeshis and Indians started threads about "Pakistan Genocide of Hindus and Banglas" or "Pakistan atrocities" or "Indian atrocities" etc. etc. There would be chaos.
