There are millions of prostitutes all over the world. Hundreds of millions visit them. Soldiers, because they are away from their family for long periods, need their services more than the others.

Imran, these are two separate things.

Rape is a crime and should be severely punished, for civilians and militarymen alike. May be more for soldiers as they represent their country.

Paid sex is not a crime. Its prevalent in every society. It may be morally wrong for many but just can't be equated with rape. Neither in the magnitude of the crime nor in the punishment.
