Money allocated for development is sufficient enough for development schemes. May be these ministers should work on increasing efficiency of govt. bodies and reducing if not removing, corruption at BDO and lower level.

I have seen how much these people and sarpanch takes money to their home rather than giving it to society.

I think the biggest share of union budget is given to defence ministry (nearly 15% of budget outlay) that's why he is after defence budget.
