can we expect that if BNP comes in power, they won't follow India's feet-licking policy? We have seen BNP also in power in the past, and our experiences are no better. Both the mainstream parties as well as Ershad's Jatiyo Party are indulged into corruption. The only exception may be Bangladesh Jamaat E Islami. But, is there any possibility for Jamaat in Bangladesh?

We have to stop the all encompassing corruption first. I'll never place my bet on BNP on this issue. OTOH people have trust issues with JeI. Besides, what will be an Islamic state like? How will it work? What will be their economic and social policies? You can't get the support of educated mass by simply stating Islamic state is a heaven on earth which would solve all their problems.
