Thanks a lot for the beautiful pics. I have been to Sikkim and it is indeed as beautiful as it seems in the pics. The people are very warm and the entire state is very clean. I would love to visit Sikkim again.
Looks like an unmanned plane to me. But, why would they test a plane with military application close to civilian airport. If this was a test flight, it should have happened in isolated areas.
^^^ I agree. In a European crisis, many of the European banks and FIs which would have invested in municipal and govt bonds of PIGS (Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain) would be severely hit. Naturally, there would be a liquidity crunch in such institutions and they would want cash with them. Hence...
Agreed. But what I want to imply is that in case of an incursion, the focus of the Indian Army and IAF would be to disrupt the Chinese supply route (which is the case in any war). Supply routes can be disrupted by precision bombing, ballistic and cruise missiles.
Given a mountain terrain...
^^^ And then there is air launched version of Brahmos (290km). We can easily take out your rail lines, road etc breaking your supply lines. In a mountain area, repairing such infrastructure is time consuming. There's a high chance we can trap the Chinese if they step into Arunanchal.
:cheesy: This is indeed a feat...congratulations. Am envious.
Can any fighter land on the motorways, given sufficient space ?
Gripen, i know, can land on roads as well.

Congratulations to the people of Iran. I honestly admire Iran's grit and determination in the light of western countries' sanctions and alienation and wish the country best of progress in science and technology

^^Rightly said. Moreover, I would like to add that unlike Pakistan, India has a "No First Use" doctrine. Hence, we got to have a second strike capability as a deterrence against a nuclear attack.
In case of a war, Pakistan will be more likely to go nuclear as it does not have a no first use...
