    Surroundings look beautiful. And its ok if there is some noise. Absolute quietness on a balcony is not the only criteria for a good house - especially when you have so many facilities nearby. I just asked as balcony was prominent in the picture.

    Exactly. Cleveland is part of rust belt for decades. It reinvented itself in to services trade a little post 2010. So its not surprising suburbs closest to city will see some negative impact. But deeper suburbs of cleveland like strongsville etc are doing absolutely fine.

    Maybe its too soon to say going to work is dead for white collar jobs. But commuting isnt so bad in america. Most offices for white collar jobs are already spread in to suburrbs. A job in manhattan pays more than enough to put up with any commuting hassles.
