Lol i send this video to my friends at Toronto an hour ago. Toronto building lrt for last 7 years still not completed.

And ottawa lrt broke down 3 times this year after spending billions and took 5 years. Total length is only 10 km or something. Just fucking pathetic.

The O-train itself in Ottawa was such a slow project. I am glad I haven't taken the LRT there yet

China basically have everything to achieve what they want..

Yes I check that link, thanks bro! But to be fair Mainland China has a large population so it's hard to compare with others. Say in the list, total population of the top 4 is like only a small fraction of Mainland China, more time is needed to develop. I believe our next/younger generation is progressing fast.
