First operation success to Trophy/Windbreaker APS

Late 70s until 80s: Drozd on t-55, t-80, bmp-3. Upgraded for 360 coverage, deployed in Afghanistan. 80s-now: Arena system: replaced Drozd, in t-55 and t-80. Most t-55s and all t-80 Are equipped with APS as of now. You know jack sh#t and I won't waste my time and explain you how it works.

First operation success to Trophy/Windbreaker APS

Don't know if you are auth"st or something. Rpg made for destroying modern tanks with modern defenses, ERA (none on West anyway) or APS (even less)

First operation success to Trophy/Windbreaker APS

A post of bla bla bla without even knowing the subject. How can they know the intervals? It's not difficult if you are an expert in the area... And come from the country wich invented APS back in the 70s and the only one to proceed with the system. And whats that nosense of "no APS to test...

First operation success to Trophy/Windbreaker APS

Tandem charges have many applications. Raed my post again. The charges (rpg-29 this case) follow exactly the same trajectory. The APS fires a controlled blast against the first one, but it cannot hit the latter. Atleast russian launchers are designed this way.

First operation success to Trophy/Windbreaker APS

Seems someone got offended : ) One thing is comparing, other to be "proud" and shoving everyone how better your system is against another wich is old as hell. Israel strong!!! Back to topic. The system cannot work against tandem warheads (rpg-29/30/32). The first "lighter" rocket has the...

First operation success to Trophy/Windbreaker APS

Not talking to you, and copy and paste jobs (even if tell nothing) seem to impede us to think, but you woudn't do that anyway, cause you don't know the subject. But you can always "feel good" by comparing your latest systems with decades old ones.

First operation success to Trophy/Windbreaker APS

Boy, you are comparing this to a 70s system.

First operation success to Trophy/Windbreaker APS

Drozd was operational since the 70s and deployed in Afghanistan, were it was succesfully tested against exactly the same threat the trophy is designed for: outdated rpg-7s. T-55 were never scrapped but modernized and most kept for reserve (Russian army has several thousands of operational units...

China is making the lauch vehicle up to 130 tons LEO

There was not special with the Saturn V, just it was big, and not even american, but german, with Von Braun as chief builder (soviet was Korolyov). As of engines, none of the US ones aproaches th russians in thrust let alone thrust-to-weight or efficiency. The soviet moon rocket, the N-1 was...

China is making the lauch vehicle up to 130 tons LEO

Just that Russian engines are the only ones certified because of their power and reliability. The US currently refused to further modify their missiles because dependance on russian engines is a "threat" but they could do nothing with it and oferred the russians to do a joint venture to russians...

China is making the lauch vehicle up to 130 tons LEO

Rocket techology is the last thing the US should be proud of. The US launch vehicles use older russian engines delivered annually because theirs have not the power for that missions. And still buy more. China, tough mostly based on older soviet tech already surpassed the US in the area.

First operation success to Trophy/Windbreaker APS

Good work... If it was done 40 years before. The soviets deployed this system on T-62 tanks back in the 70s, it was called "Drozd" and was operationally used in Afghanistan decades ago.

PLAN Third Type 052C Luyang II class DDG launched

Germanic tribes had indoeuropean ancestors, even if today's share is little. Slavs are just a "purer" race and conserved many more genes. Slaves are the most direct descendants of aryans, others were not so direct or mixed.

PLAN Third Type 052C Luyang II class DDG launched

As of the WS-10G, you are using a wiki page wich can be edited by a ****** 10 year-old and wich does not even have a link. Irbis-e is not intended for stealth, but for legacy upgrade and has a higher range of 100km than the Apg-77, wich comes from raw power.

PLAN Third Type 052C Luyang II class DDG launched

Germanic tribes were in fact descendants from indoeuropeans, but the highest genetic share is in slavs. Other europeans have little indoeurp genes, some of them none.

PLAN Third Type 052C Luyang II class DDG launched

Again you are using wikipedia (!) without even knowing the subject, and that wiki statement is of another context. Fighter AESAs need more power than Pesa's (Raptor Apg-77, average 6kw, max 16kw) Pesa's also need less power to achieve the same. The Irbis-e has better range than the Apg-77.

PLAN Third Type 052C Luyang II class DDG launched

Aryans were people known as Indoeuropeans wich dominated Europe, they divided and each one evolved in a different ethnicity. If you refer to slavs, they were not defeated by mongoles. They came after kievan russia desintegrated and forced them to pay tributes. They were later expelled.

PLAN Third Type 052C Luyang II class DDG launched

On fighters, electricity power output for radars and avionics is produced by the engine. A new AESA requieres much more power and you need modified engines. This is very basic knowledge.

PLAN Third Type 052C Luyang II class DDG launched

No, "WS-10G" type of engine, if it really exists, it's only for testing purposes, an engine's thrust can be always increased, but it cannot be suitable to real operations, it's reliability and service life do not allow it (AL-31 thrust was increased like 2 tonnes, but just for research) 117S...

Russia launches $650 bn defence spending drive

Well, Russia does not print all the dollars the US does. And this is an arms purchase budget. Half of that "trillion" budget is spended exclusively on wars, other part in maintining US foreign bases. Also maintainance in the US costs like 5 times more than in Russia, salaries several times more...
