PAF has been using BVR tactics for years, since the F-16s arrived in 80s, they have been learning how to use the AIM-7 Sparrow. The AIM-210 was added later to the CCS course.

PAF used to simulate AMRAAM in their CCS course, only on F-16s. Don't know if they still do.

According to some UAEAF pilots I know, Mirage 2000-9s will be exchanged back with France if the Rafale deal goes ahead. And UAEAF may have good relations with PAF, but they will never sell the Dash 9s to Pakistan.

You can always watch it from outside, just take a folding chair with you and find a place. I watched the 1st day of the Farnborough air show back in 2004 from outside, then I went in during the public visitors day.

How many nations graduate from there? Apart from Pakistan and UAE, who else do you know have done CCS? The UAE guy was on Mirage Vs(he's currently on Mirage 2000-9s, CPL from Peshawar Flying Club).

Yeah, it will be more of evaluating Pakistanis than showing them tricks(got a bad review of Red Flag from my instructor, he's a Block 60 pilot from UAEAF).

Block 52+ sir, Block 50+ got a completely different engine.

I dont know about the snubbing, but the weapons are Israeli manufactured(US hasnt come close to making missile like the Python yet).

They carry the Litening pods, plus they arm their aircraft with Python missiles. Both Litening pods and Pythons are Israeli manufactured.

Venezuela will not give up their F-16s, they're still flying them. I know a friend of mine, he's just entered his F-16 B-Course in Venezuela, they're flying them routinely. They get upgrades through Romania and Israel, as for spare parts he used to comment, saying that he doesn't know.

My question is that will this cadet upon graduation from USAFA attending UPT? Or he'll just graduate only as an officer.

He's not the first Pakistani that attended USAFA, they're many who have. My question is do they go for UPT course or not?
