What comes to us civilians is only the tip of iceberg whether good or bad. Most of it lies in the top brass and if the Pakistanis keep considering us as a problem than their own self and the issue in their country, it will become a big problem for them that would require UN involvement in extreme cases to step in economically, financially, politically as well as militarily.
