Sikh kings weren't threatening anybodyy it was simple struggle for power.. hindu kings saw that sikh gurus were growing in influence and power in Punjab which they thought would put end to their own power... so they took all their armies and attacked the sikhs first.. but when sikhs defeated the hindu armies all the hindu rajas went to the Mughals to ask for help.. and that is when sikhs were always facing 2 armies Mughal and hindu armies combined.. from all the battles from anandpur to muktsar.. sivalik hindu armies wanted to destroy sikhs and being themselves to weak to do that they combined forces with mughals to do it... thats real story but full story is neverr told in indian textbooks.. these facts are cleverly pushed aside and only sikh-mughal war is shown.. thank god sikh history is preserved in sikh holy book..

it wasn't a direct protest against him.. if you say Hindus were treated badly under his rule than sure that is protest against him.. but u blame all muslims.. a lot of muslims who had nothing to do with mughals.. and a lot who were fighting against mughals.. and others who were not even part of that territory controled by mughals because remember india was not even one countryy..
