Everyday- we have atleast 3 hour of personal session for - boxing , round house kicks , mid, lower and knees, teep kicks etc. Some time in evening i go for running and help my self on my punching bags and cement bag ( its a sand bag which has gone hard like cement bag). but every now n then i keep going for 2-3 weeks to some - other gym for M.M.A , Just to practice some locks and some other kicks.
On Saturday we practice - some special kicks punches (like round house kicks and cobra punch etc.) and elbows.
Only on Sunday i take off from everything - Because we just sit in sun drinign beer and play rugby.
I have a fight in Dubai next month. Ben through 32 fight -4 lost - out of 4 ,3 i lost to bloody thai. these guys are tough.
I learn Californian kick boxing and savate , but since you need proper gear for savate it doesnt come handy in MMA.
