emo lets talk here ..Indians are accused of hijacking thread so i am not commenting there. these kind of conerns are raised in every steps..just look at the joint military training between two countries ..a third country will raise concern and also also India was inteded to make sales in Vietnam so if the sales went to Pakistan it made raised its protest to Vietnam..even russia did it when India bought European and US weapons and threatened that they will start selling weapons to Pakistan..as i said its natural in diplomatic corridors
