Don't take things personally... treat forum just a like forum and a source of information. If you report something wait until someone takes action on it (if needed) and keep reporting. If you don't take things on your heart you will find all those trolls will be Pink by themselves but if you reply in the same manner... the circumstances are different

They must be in trouble by now

Well, be patient. There are not lots of moderators online at this time. But action will be taken regardless.

Why can't you have a sane conversation? If somebody is insulting report their post, dont respond to them. Let them be banned.
