What happened to doing the "right thing" resolve by SC./monitoring judge.as far as these NAB rferences are concerned?

Its high time..tht J Ijaz ul Ahsan should intervene now..esp after today's drama in accountability court..

It has to and will happen! The options within the framework are dissipating with each move of $harifs - don't be surprised if very soon you hear something on the lines that PA & SCP are both; anti Pakistan.

I wish there was Pro Pak & Anti $harif version of Iftikhar Ch today.

NAB not performing its duty.. Accountability court judge..not in a mood to issue any warrant.. Today's summons didnt even count..because judge thinks tht sharifs were still unaware of these summons..

What else is needed to push J Ijaz ul Ahsan to actually start monitoring..? Why doesnt he summon NAB officials and grill them? When will that time come..when he feels..tht he should actually do something?

Supreme Court declared NAB a dead fish. How is any implementation possible from a dead fish whose top head is rotten.

Article 184-3 and 190 should be ammended if SC does not have the balls to implement law and order.

The plan that Zia executed was for defeating ZAB /PPP, he divided the country by conducting party less elections so each biradari votes for their candidate.

This divide was strengthened and then one member of family went into police, one in judiciary, one in politics - so on and so forth.

Party tickets of subsequent elections in 1988, 90, 93, 96 were also given based on biradari- whose relative is in DMG, Police, Reveneu so on and so forth.

This explanation to further consolidate on the point that $harifs have mastered the art of divide and rule in every sphere.

On top of that each judiciary and bureaucrat in Punjab has his files saved - if that persons wants to go for the right path; he will be blackmailed and even then he wants to go right path he will be transferred to Panjgur in Balochistan (if he is a CSP) or in Rajanpur if from (PSC).

To your point and as Aitzaz says - Not an iota of doubt that $harifs are laadley.

Chances are always based on past precedence-and past is in front of everyone's eyes! No secret!

I have a slightly different take in these times of despairing frustrations at the current status quo forces.

I think that "PMLN London" is bound to chop its own leg off in due time, this is their own legacy and it shall obliterate their dynasty from within.

To me, what is happening to them is "MakafateAmal". Whoever stands in its way is bound to end up getting exposed, humiliated and insignificant, in that order and in due course, by an unseen power beyond worldly control.

The rest is just a show where everyone is being exposed one by one. Our rotten judicial system that we were all so happy that it has finally come of age, is exposed as still the same. Our judges are still the same and the rest of the system and its institutions are still the same.

No body, not a single entity out of the original list of @PakSword (with my 3 additions) wants to drastically change the status quo. No body has the balls to stand against the tide of corruption to obliterate it but rather use it for their own gains.

What we are witnessing is a slow, long drawn out drama, where the defence will be allowed every chance to get away with as much as they can. If they got stuck up due to their own folly as before then they should blame the Judiciary as much as they are doing right now but know it fully well that their own stupid moves got them entangled despite the Judiciary.

even if warrants are issued for shareefs ... it will make no difference as they are not in the country ... secondly it will be bailable .... nxt day they will be roaming on streets mocking law of the state again
