It fires mines and just like MRL fires rocket only difference is mine won't blast until enemy steps foot on it or its vehicle runs over it.

Possibly this.

Boss this is not mine dispencing system rather these are mine rollers. Something used to clear mine fields. The dispencing system is supposed to lay a mine field not remove it.

It will be something like those MBRL etc with mines shot toward the target area where they settle and will be activated once someone steps on it or pressure is put on.

an effective machine to lay down mine fields quickly in front of an enemy coloumn.
