Heavy Lift Launchers for ISRO soon

The only thing I care is that 100% self Reliance.
Next year we will again have a launch aboard Ariane.

What type of technology is required for heavy rockets like Saturn V .

Even SCE-200 is much better than F-1 in terms of efficiency and P2W but the absolute trust of the F-1 was much more given the huge fuel consumption that's why those missions were so dam expensive. Now the main thing is chamber pressure which is similar to the pressure inside a car engine the more the pressure higher the trust.

So what India needs next is higher chamber pressure engines for main stage and then something like Ion/EMDrive for space.

EDIT: BTW India can make a Saturn V right now but given the black hole of the amount of money it will consume its better to invest in newer cheaper technology to use and make.

The chamber pressure of SCE200 is 18MPa & that's the highest we have ever dealt with.

Actually mk 3 is just a minor stage . The biggest surprise will be ulv . it will share the same components of gslv mk3 with sce 200. with modular design we can entirely remove rocket booster and instead put multiple sce , so in future we will have 2 stage launch vehicle which have much higher payload and also decreases cost and complexity. All depends upon sce, and will be a major player in space market. we have already mastered cryogenic engines , semicryo are not too far.

What about using 2 HLVs capable of putting 50 tonnes to LEO to launch the Lunar module & Crew Module Seperately to orbit & dock them in orbit?

Raptor is what will come from SpaceX so SCE-200 will have to defend from that. A point to remember Raptor is more than 50% more powerful than SCE-200 and is said to have similarly higher chamber pressure.
You want us to compete with US with its already existing technological leadership and resources?
I'll consider it a compliment that even a comparision is being made against them.

Its private firm, only thing is that they have plenty of money which isro lacks. I think on technical level both isro and spacex is of same level.

Instead of looking to defeat Space X or Blue Origin , the first objective should be ( which actually ISRO is doing ) is 100% self Reliance. The moment we do it , ISRO has almost 18-20% population of earth as its customer. And this is big.

That is like what they wanted to do with the now cancelled constellation program. The only problem with that is the increase in complexity and also the time period it would take for the second launch, thus under the constellation program there were two different launch systems for crew and vehicle.

ISRO will have to battle it out with spacex/blue origin/etc "Private Operator's" for orders and that is the only way to justify the budget. India can not keep putting in without any sort of return. With enough resources anything is possible there is very few things that separate ISRO to SpaceX for the end client. As far as NASA is concern its a different ball game they will do human missions and ISRO cant/wont because of the immense resources it would take.
