Here's how US fifth-generation aircraft would win in a war against China

And yet the global Shupapower is so terrified of this developing country they ran away crying when their mutual defence treaty ally was actively losing territory to us. :P

Do you think Rome would have done something so pathetic as that?

Don't pretend you don't know where China is on the world map.

I thought the US was supposed to invade DPRK after it detonated its first nuclear test . Developing WMD was the condition for invading Iraq which the Yankees tried to convince the world, so again why hasn't the US launched an attack back then and at present time? Why is Kerry urging for getting DPRK back to the negotiation table? What happened to super power US the almighty experienced warmonger? Lost your teeth?

Just remind him China's "autonomous province" of Taiwan has a US Pave Paws radar on it and welcomes US military aircraft with open arms when they land vs Chinese planes which are shot down. Taiwan may be useful as a US landing site during a conflict.

Allowing US military aircraft to land during a conflict would draw the country into a war that one have no intention of joining or simply cannot afford to join. Even Australia have reservation over taking sides today. In 10 years time all that will be more questionable.

The Japanese may hear your voice and go nuclear. Say bye bye to senkakus!

Whether Japan goes nuclear or not has no bearing on the dispute over senkakus. Furthermore as I've explain before, for there to be nuclear deterrence, one needs to develop 2nd strike capabilities. And with the size and strategic width of Japan, it will need to develop a fleet of boomers in order to achieve such. That'll take quiet awhile, meanwhile going nuclear would be an open invitation to be nuked preemptively.

Do you want to nuke Japan if it goes nuclear?

Empty threat!

Do you think Japan will tell you?

No

By the time the country has nuclear weapons it is too late for you to react.

USA will never fight war against China herself, She will use some fool neighbors of China for this purpose,as she use Pakistan against USSR in Afghanistan.
So you are saying that Pakistan was a fool to fought the US war against the Soviets in Afghanistan.
Then what about the fact that many says on this forum about having a superpower invasion in your neighborhood and the need of doing something when the red army was at your door?

Just as Isreal openly states that it will bomb Iran if the country developed nuclear weapon, China could and should do the same in case of Japan if there is a threat of Japan going nuclear. And no to your second statement as without 2nd strike capability your nuclear force will evaporate in a preemptive attack, especially for countries without the size and depth to absorb the initial strike.

The US will warn China not to do this and that. And to show off her power, she will sail and observe Chinese building islands.

How stupid certain bozo can be assuming US would allow Japan to develop nukes who became the practice target for US's first atomic weapons. Lets assume (pure hypothetically) the Master allows his puppet to develop nukes, it will take quite some time to do it. One cannot have our kind of capabilities without testing, same applies to DPRK. So before jumping up and down in regards to Japan getting nukes, i suggest wake us up when Japan actually detonates its first test. US,Russia and China have been developing for decades, to suggest that Japan can instantly create a stockpile of nukes within a limited time frame is nothing but a wet dream.

Yes as if his memory is erased once he logs on and logs in this forum :woot:

Has China more nuclear weapons than Russia?

Believe or not, during the Cold War, the US had plan to launch preemptive nuclear strike on USSR, and believed America would win.

Do you think the US is afraid of China and won't develop such a plan?

US is not afraid of China but afraid of been get hurt, throughout US history no nation has ever drop a bomb in US soil, now we're talking about nukes, unless they're in desperation. I have no doubt that US have the plan for China but I think China also have the plan for US too, how effective??...that's another story, every big nation has their own super computer to develop war scenario against their deadly foes and plot the best option..if Vietnam take part of misadventure in nuclear war by taking side, you wont have supercomputer to simulate the fate of Vietnam but just pray for God.

What is the big deal with that, as long s China can pump US $$$ with trade surplus and use its to enhance nation military and economically, the gain is still outweigh some small itchy elements, we Chinese think far and think big, once US represent no interest for China, then you will see that the Radar will be dismantle one way or the other, and if US refuse,
we can reciprocate by placing radar at Cuba or help any anti-US faction around the world....believe US has more enemies around the world more than we have in Asia, these nations will be delight.

The only reason that US still able to contain China is because we're not yet enemies and US has not cross the red line, Americans has already tasted Chinese diplomacy attitude and antagonist activities during Korea and Vietnam war, we will never treat our fools with politeness

Considering your hostility towards Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Vietnam, etc (which by the way kicked us out, but want us back in in response to China), they probably are willing to take the risk against already hostile China.

And I thought you Chinese pointed out that China has no first use policy relating to nukes, unless they change their minds if Japan decides to get nukes.

Taiwan is a thorn in China head. Only a fool won't see it: Beijing's policy of intimidation is a direct result of the new Taiwan administration making steps moving out of China stranglehold.

that's total bullsh1t, if China want to intimidate it's more likely Vietnam than Taiwan, because the new stubborn leader want to live her fantasy with US and Japan doesn't mean we have done anything wrong to Taiwan. I have no doubt that you Vietnamese is dreaming day and night of how Taiwan will upset China but when you wake up, you will realized your SCS nightmare...and you still live with your obsession:rofl:

It's more like daily humiliation.

AS long as US paid us with hundred billions of trade surplus, we can live with that kind of humiliation

If US allow Japan to develop nukes, more likely this samurai country will nuke US back for revenge of those two nukes they have tasted:lol: and American can kiss good bye of Asia. As @Nihonjin1051 said "US is not welcome in Asia"

:o: Nihonjin actually said that? Where is he anyway?
That radar in Taiwan can hardly be called a humiliation to Mainland, you see nobody ever mention that fact as if it is non existant in the first place. Mainland has more important things to do than to take any notice of it. So if that radar makes him happy, i'm glad he get some amusement from it while China cash in KA CHING

We only hear what is going to happen On Chinese land, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan and so, while nothing will happen in Australia if its pilots replace the American ones in rounds of raids..In brief the article talks about China as if it was something like Iraq or Afghanistan..I understand that journalists need to make a living, but as far as reality and common sense go, this article is close to null..
Do they really think that if mainland China is attacked, China won't attack the mainland US and supporters nearby!?

Your century of humiliation is now at the 176 year mark. Enough said!

Only weaks will think that we have been humiliate for 176 years, i'm not surpise that you be the one, Strong Chineses don't see that way, know when we fall down mean it's time to rise...and China is rising.

:o: Nihonjin actually said that? Where is he anyway?

If my memory serve me well :D..he did said something like this:lol:, he want a strong north eastern Asia but people from the south were upset with his comments. And maybe he has p1ssed so many Indians, Pinoy, Americans and Vietnameses so he chose to take a leave:cool:..but I'm pretty sure he's watching.

Here's how USA neocons fantasized they could win a war against China using fourth-generation aircraft F-16 fighters in 2026
This title should sound more realistic since the authors are fantasized that F-16 may be flying over Beijing.

A recent report from the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies, written by Maj. Gen. Jeff Harrigian and Col. Max Marosko of the US Air Force, gives expert analysis and never before seen detail into how the US's fifth-generation aircraft would fare in a war with China.

http://www.businessinsider.com/f-22-f-35-in-a-war-against-china-2016-7

:coffee: These neocon Generals failed to point out to their mostly overly warlike and enthusiatic American readers that by 2026 e.g. that USA may not be quite the SUPERPOWER they were before and by then China network of Quantum Telecommunication Satellites may be deployed all over the Pacific Ocean with perhaps more improved and Advance version of Chinese ABM, not to mention the O55 or even more advance destroyers, drones and the China Space Station will be the only one of its kind up in Space, etc.

USA satellites all over Asia will no longer existed as they will all be disable by either ASAT or lasers.

Most IMPORTANTLY don't underestimate their enemies as they are not the Turban Head Talibans firing AK-47 in their Toyota Hilux or Camels.

For the dreamy Viets in here, in an all outwar between China and USA, Vietnam will be reannexed as ANNAM, Kingdom of Ryuku will be reinstalled, USA nearby military bases will be wipe off. It is a very logical development and part of the grand military strategy. So I wonder how the F-22 which are already visible to China Radars today or F-16 be able to fly to Shanghai leave alone Beijing.

That is why I always advocate a UNIFIED EAST ASIA UNION to prevent American Adventurism. USA will have NO reason to based its MILITARY in these part of the world then.

The year 2026 is ASIA CENTURY, it is not July 8, 1853 where Commodore Matthew Perry of the United States Navy can simply sailed into the port of Tokyo with her warships and forced Japan to kowtow to her.
