Not Forgotten

Indeed sensitive issues that destroy a person deeds when ignorant people who have not studied the books of tarika-Al- Islam ledyah ibn Kathir, or the seerah tha nabi as'salaathu was'salaam and critique a sahabiya radi'Allahu anher. Sitting in umreeka and telling me that i need to study Islam. Do you even speak Arabic? I say this without arragance or pride!
Actually I do...I was raised in UAE and then I proceeded to USA for university education. I have been schooled Islamically but that I never wanted to boast but since you asked so I told you. You have mentioned only one book by ibn-e-Kathri as if that's the only standard which in fact is wrong since Ibn-e-Kathir represents a special of thought...so now I know about where you are coming from...there are many books of hadeeth (masnad Ahmed, Sahah-e-sitah, Imaam Asqalani and many tafaseer.

My internet is unstable and i wrote a reply two time and lost it. Summary, Ibn Kathir rahima'Allah was not a Muhadith, but a Mufasir. His tafsir is widely used in Madaris across the Muslim world. His works such as bidayah wa niyaha are studied as well. He does not need me to mention his high standing as a CLASSICAL scholar.

You slander him and that is between you and him rahima'ALLAH on the day of reckoning! I am free of this! You unfortunately, have not realised that sahih sitta includes Imam Ahmad rahim'Allah collection of hadith. The saih sitta litterally means, 'six authentic', but referring to 6 collections of sahih hadith as'salaath was'salaam.

I will not respond any further on this topic!

Ulima warathal Anbiya!

The Six Authentic Hadeeth Books
(Sihah Sitta)

- Sahih al-Bukhari
- Sahih Muslim
- Sunan an-Nasa'i al-Sughra
- Sunan Abu Dawood
- Sunan al-Tirmidhi
- Sunan ibn Majah

A hadith is a saying of Muhammad or a report about something he did. Over time, during the first few centuries of Islam, it became obvious that many so-called hadith were in fact spurious sayings that had been fabricated for various motives, at best to encourage believers to act righteously and at worse to corrupt believers' understanding of Islam and to lead them astray. Since Islamic legal scholars were utilizing hadith as an adjunct to the Qur'an in their development of the Islamic legal system, it became critically important to have reliable collections of hadith. While the early collections of hadith often contained hadith that were of questionable origin, gradually collections of authenticated hadith called sahih (lit. true, correct) were compiled. Such collections were made possible by the development of the science of hadith criticism, a science at the basis of which was a critical analysis of the chain of (oral) transmission (isnad) of the hadith going all the way back to Muhammad pbuh.

The two most highly respected collections of hadith are the authenticated collections the Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. (Sahih literally means "correct, true, valid, or sound.")

In addition to these, four other collections came to be well-respected, although not to the degree of Bukhari and Muslim's sahih collections. These four other collections are the Sunan of Tirmidhi, Nasa'i, Ibn Majah, and Abu Da'ud. Together these four and the two sahih collections are called the "six books" (al-kutub al-sitta). Two other important collections, in particular, are the Muwatta of Ibn Malik, the founder of the Maliki school of law, and the Musnad of Ahmad ibn Hanbal, the founder of the Hanbali school of law.

Did she accept Islam or not? Stop always trying to attack OUR history. We know our history and don't take it from others.
Well, if you don't accept evidence or the lack thereof then all you have a claim to is myth, not history.

Another example...
Not saying yea or nay to your argument, I'm just pointing out that some of the evidence you cite to back it up is shaky. Until you acknowledge and correct that, your personal credibility is damaged so I don't see why people should read you any further, do you?

The same can be said about you ? You still haven't responded to the posts with proper objective replies

proper objective replies" - what's your definition of that?
Acknowledging the shortcomings rather than dodging them and dismissing as Anti- Israel. You can be ignorant but not the whole world is oblivious to the reality.

Is that the reason why you had to bug off from the thread ?

That is not a definition of a "proper objective reply". That is a statement of the outcome you desire. Try again.

LOL. Again ? so anything that proves what Israel is doing, facing boycotts and BDS is my own made up story ?

No wonder the state has been living in denial and is quite irled by the fact when a pilot calls that we have landed in palestine

You take ownership of lies when you repeat them and refuse to contemplate their refutation.

And you dimiss the reality by calling everyone a liar, while you yourself have no justification. Just going around circles

Really? Would you be happy then for the mods to delete our exchange, since it's so far off-topic?

Finding an excuse to brush away the reality ?
Not at all. The reality this thread demonstrates is that an accepted defense against topics that make Pakistanis uneasy is to go off-topic by accusing others. Otherwise our one-on-one would not be tolerated, yes?
