How to tackle and reduce Air Pollution ?

Pollution is severely affecting not only Human lives but the whole planet .
Being the only Intelligent specie on Earth , Its our Heaven bound Duty to protect and maintain delicate balance in Nature .
Here are some points , Which I would implement to control pollution :

01 Increase in Forest Cover
02 Decrease in Personal Vehicles ( 25 % decrease in next 10 years )
03 Increase in Public Transport
04 Replacing Generators with Solar Panels
05 Replacing Diesel and Petrol run vehicles with Electric and Solar cars ( 25 % in next 10 years )
06 Increased Tax on people with more than 1 Car .
07 Increased Tax on Petroleum Products .
08 Places which are worst affected by pollution , Should be no go zones for Outside Diesel and Petrol run Vehicles .
09 Weekends without Diesel and Petrol Vehicles
10 Change in life style .
11 Government should Make Electric Cars Cheaper and Diesel cars Costlier

Electric cars get their electricity from power-stations which run on conventional fuel, thus it causes more pollution. They are only useful if the country has a high amount of renewable energy sources (dams, solar panels, etc).

I think we should learn from West .

Just like we jumped from Asiatic mode of Society to Capitalist mode of production .
We must skip the development way of West , either invent our own path or Take the steps which are more sci fi .

2. Forest should be saved and planted more trees.
3. Technology to increase grain productions
4. Geo Thermo-electrical project -- Reduction of Coal based, Dams based and Diesel based Electric plants
5. Banning small Diesel based Generator
6. Technology to make Griffin based Capacitors to replace conventional batteries.
7. Use of Hydrogen as the fuel.

Only way to decrease pollution is to increase pollution and blackmail the west for cheaper cleaner technologies.
If we will listen to west right immediately , they will force us to buy expensive solutions, just to churn up more money out of common people.
