Turkish President RTErdogan confirmed that there will be no delay of any STRATEGIC PROJECT of Türkiye. Either defence Projects or others.

He would do all what is possible and needed , as Long as he lives !

Remark : It was obviously that some, so called "Environment activists and HDP" made an silent alliance, together with some extreme oppositions politicians and " so called" -from foreign countries paid- experts, together with their "parallel judges in the Courts" to Sabotage and stop 3. Airport and others.

HDP Demirtas wanted to cancel all current defence invests and the others 3.airport, hydro plants and rebuild of Istanbul.

KCK announced that they would attack hydro plants,

some Kurds were so stupid that they attacked even forest ministry employees who wanted plant trees.

@atatwolf You are right. But this was an "outstanding statement and warning " - it would have sink abolutely in the other topic.

All members were waiting that announcement. It's like CHALLENGE to the enemies against Türkiye's development :

"Do if you can, we take the CHALLENGE up to the time we DIE "

Fuvck that.. The govt postponed F-35 orders for arguably a good reason but that costed 2-3 years. And how about T-LORADMIS? One year delay is acceptable for ToT issues but for god's sake I don't know is it 3 years now?

Questions. Which option would you prefer? A 'bad' deal within one year, or a 'good' deal within four/five years?

Think about it! ;)

I'd agree with you for the F-35. But for the SAM deal, I don't know for that that reason I wouldn't want our airspace still being protected by some Coldwar junkie missiles from UK/US. At least there could have been a stop gap solution in my opinion.

We need many gap-fillers CAS and more SEAD capability
