If kornet use Top attack mode than its a good idea otherwise its not cost effective.
I think this was just an experimental/prototype. The Russians haven't put this into mass production or anything and in fact i read somewhere that this project was discontinued. Though, it was a great idea in my opinion. Very cost effective considering its based on the T-72 Chassis and could be used for any T series Tank chassis. No because it would be like using an iPhone 6 as a hammer. It can be done theoretically but it would be crazy. This machine does not have adequate armor and too much valuable electronics and an air defense asset risked all for a few rats.
The proper machine for the job would be this: BMPT Terminator - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Maybe its possible but tunguska seems like a lightly armored vehicle. Not sure if it could stand up to a RPG-7 hit or a IED.indeed I meant retrofit the really early Tunguskas. Terminator is a beast though.
