Taiwan reporter blocked from taking close look at JF-17 even though Pakistan official agreed
A small commotion broke out at static display area of the JF-17 at Paris Airshow when Chinese officials refused to allow a Taiwanese TV crew to view the fighter close up even though they were escorted by a Pakistan Air Force officer.

He should have been allowed to have a look.

It's sad that chinese official refused even though crew escorted by senior pakistan air force officer

I dont know does that tell about any chinese authority over our jf-17?-

China can stop us from selling jf17 to any specific countries?-
Or to participate in any airshows?-

Chinese may have a good reason to disallow Taiwanese to take close look at JF-17.

So the senior pakistani officer does not know that they have to disallow media too close to fighter jet ! If he has been escorted by pakistani officer, then why chinese official denied as they are not touching the plane but only close look. The chinese official itself arrogant from the body language to pakistani officer as if he is like another spectator. So who owned the show china or pakistan for JF17 !

Who's display stand was it, the Chinese industry (FC-1) or Pakistan's industry (JF-17)? And who's aircraft?

yeah its a Pakistani plane this showsss

Shows that it has acquired it's place in the global market.
Shows that it has got potential buyers.
What it doesn't show is that we deny someone (reporters here) the honor to get a close look at the AC on display.
I've seen Indian reporters sitting in the simulator of this plane.
Seems like you do not belong here.Take your time and observe things around here or you can show your level of intellect somewhere else.

We once had a senior vendor representative from a Taiwanese company come to Islamabad , he was a jovial kind of fellow and we took him to various places for exploring potential business opportunities , obviously in many places we also have Chinese visitors exploring business opertunities. In one place we passed by visitors who appeared Chinese origin and the taiwanese guy remarked to me 'I see you have Chinese visitors also' , I asked him how can he tell if the we passed by is Chinese or Taiwanese , as I can't tell. He said well you see me I can smile , that's how I can tell a Chinese from a Taiwanese and so can you.

Any how, we in Pakistan have no issue with China or Taiwan but there is of course Taiwan politics at play and China is secretive and suspicious. The above video is an example where being overly secretive and suspicious leads to improper handling of the situation.

It's a joint stand of PAF and AVIC

Aviation Expo / China 2015

This is an air show and not some military base for not allowing media close to fighter jet that too escorted by host country senior officer.Since it is a joint stand, PAF official also have equal right for media access to jet or not. This itself prove that jf 17 program is developed, owned and dictated by whom.
