Yes it is @Deino It can be fitted to FC-1 and FCB-1s but also the J-11 & J-10.

It got its IOC in 2013. Of course, as it competes with LD-10 and YJ-91, you'd have to ask a Chinese member
for its production run.

Well it was an open secret Block-1 radar was not compatible with SD-10 A. Once Block-2 upgrades began to occur on Block-1, we start seeing these images.

SD-10A have only 70 KM range and KLJ-7 (V1) was supposed to have the range of 90 KM for 3sq RCS (if I am not mistaken) so I don't think there was any issue of Radar compatibility with SD-10 missile, there might be any other reason for not showing this type of pics earlier ....
