Curry is generalization of Indian food.
Actually there is many diversity in our food. There are many cuisine and no cuisine match much with others.
Like in far down south they use coconut oil and a lot of tamarind.
The north India food is spicy.
In west Bengal which is in east they eat a lot of sea food and fresh water fish .
In west they are dominantly vegetarian.
There is actually no food called curry . But people out simplifies our food and calls it that . :p
