Most likely true, it can be either SSBN or SSGN like the Ohio class.

It seems to have 14 launch tubes on that pic, it is impossible for any SSBN to have 14, it should be either 12 or 16 or 20 or 24.

We need a higher solution pic here, maybe the pic is a very old of the original Type 094 which has been rehashed by that article.
