Replying to PM from TT and Mods

I know that the PM facility is blocked, but at least we should be able to reply to a PM from a TT or Mods. Is thare a way that replies to TT etc are possible?

Off topic but just a request. Video from tune.pk does not get embedded into the thread just like from youtube or facebook. Can you do something in this respect?
