Of course. But please keep in mind that Afghanistan was the ISI's playground exclusively from the time the Russians left till just after 9/11. Look at what it incubated there, which is now being resolved. The other relevant parties were only forced to step in.

Other parties are dictating to Afghan society on how to live, ISI isn't. Give one example of how ISI has changed Afghan traditions and culture?

Having a society in 'order' is different than brutally control the other (weak) sect. Didn't Muhammad told Muslims to be moderate? Follow your ultimate leader atleast. Don't become 'out of control' but don't go to other extreme as well.

Malaysia , Indonesia , Turkey etc are definitely better models than Afghanistan.

And after 9/11 it became CIA, RAW and MOSSADs playing ground. Afghans dont like outsiders to come and resolve their matters its due to this reason only NATO and ISAF will leave afghanistan, they aren't welcome.

No Sir. Other parties are merely trying to clean up terrorist sanctuaries that were used to incubate 9/11. And ISI uses the same lawlessness to nurture its own preferred non-state actors. Neither is noble, but a pragmatic exploitation of the Afghan people.

One way or the other its about the same thing, afghan peace process. Every force present in afg is trying to take advantage of the situation. I just pointed out the thing which is happening in the name of "clean up the environment" . Hamid karzai and his relatives corruption scandals, poppy crops increasing numbers.
I cant understand that on one hand you clean up the environment from talibans and you also pay them for the security of containers carrying all sorts of things*
What my point is that afghans like to do things their own way. This so called parliamentary system has failed instead the call Jirga of all the tribes to solve matters. Thats how it goes there.
