Iranians are pretty much laid back chill people.

The Turks that I have met are pretty friendly.

I had one Turkish friend, and every time I was with a girl he would instantly be attracted to her.

I was like wtf man, why you always like the chick that I'm with. It was weird.

So, I would say that Turks and Iranians are both cool people, but I probably wouldn't trust my wife with a Turk.

Yeah lolz you should see the Pakistanis when they are attracted to girl red face..

I believe it that iranains are not against religion but they like it soft where they have some freedom of expression rather than being forced down their throat this instantly make Iranians have resentment and against religion. Turks exactly like Pakistanis would want to know everything about you and very friendly.

Btw I saw a Iranian few days ago at my faculty, he was a transexual wearing women clothes at public, he was with the communists(my faculty is very political, there are always fights) and he was waving a cleaver towards right wing groups which he pull out from his bag :D

brother right here in UK we have Pakistani transsexuals too dressed up as women, Pakistanis youngsters will form group blow whistles and tease hiimshe. lolz.

According to my mother back in Karachi you had a whole neighborhood/street full with transsexuals. But they were dangerous.

I've visited Morocco a couple of years ago and when I was searching for a place to eat, I came across a Turkish kebab store in Casablanca. The owner of it was a Turk, and some men sat in front of it drinking tea. They were Turks too, and of them was an Iranian Azeri from Tabriz, selling Persian carpets too rich Moroccans. To my surprise one of the Turks was really positive about Iran, and the regime, and he wished to live in Iran one day.

I've visited Turkey three times, and most Turks there know Ahmadinejad, and even Khomeini. Based on my interpretations they see Iran as a strong and independent country standing up against Israel and the US. Others see Iran simply as a extremist country, and as a example how secularism was crushed by Islamic fundamentalism. But not once in my lifetime I encountered Turks who hated Iran or the Iranian people.

Why do you guys think anyone hates you guys?? A lot of people the world round admire Iranians, I know I do.

It's b/c the second you try to force Islam on Iranians suddenly we get nostalgic about our pre-Islamic history, culture and religions and we start looking at that as alternatives. Push Islam hard enough and some individuals will eventually switch sides completely. The mullahs have done more damage to Islam in Iran than any shah in the past 1400 years, and I thank them for it.

I was talking about Turks in Holland, and perhaps even in Turkey. A girlfriend of mine went to Turkey (Istanbul) last year to do model work, and she's was being followed on the streets by Turkish men, and everybody was looking at her when she was walking around in a mini skirt (stupid idea, I know). But here image of Turkish men wasn't positive.

Its depends on the district, in one district you can do whatever you want while in another you can get beaten for drinking in public :D its because people with same mindset generally chooses the same neighbourhood, in my city you can walk with bikini nobody would say anything.

You would be surprised, Pakistani community do not really care about transsexuals they are called Khusra I think. The one time I went to Pakistan back in 6th grade some of them came to my house and started dancing and stuff. I was shocked that people were like that, I think that is the only way they make money.

Of course, you're right about that. Istanbul is almost a country at his own.

My grandmother says they are treated well, nobody bothers them they usually go to peoples wedding or people's houses with newborns to dance. I was young when I came across them but I do remember people acting normal as if it was no big deal.
