A Syrian military helicopter came down in flames in Damascus on Monday as President Bashar al-Assad's air force strafed and bombarded rebel-held districts in the capital and in Aleppo.

State television confirmed a helicopter had crashed in the Syrian capital but gave no details. Opposition activists said rebels had shot it down. Opposition video footage showed a crippled aircraft trailing fire and crashing into a built-up area, sending up a pillar of oily black smoke.

About seven weeks ago they downed Mi-8 and about three weeks ago as Mig-23.
Disappointing rate though. Every tank that is killing innocent civilians and every aircraft that is pounding innocent civilians must be toasted.

And those who are Pro-Assad, let's not forget it was Assad who started to kill innocent civilians hence the FSA was created by them.

The NATO was quite slow in providing them their old Anti Aircraft weapons to Syrians. I wished that they can open up there eyes and provide at least their old equipments and UAVs to them. Air drop from C-17s.
