As far as i know he is a nuclear scientist but he is unaware of basic military strategies. Future stability can only be ensured by forming blocs. Like NATO did and SCO is doing. GCC is trying but don't have the means and resources to.

I do not expect such a person to post things like this, maybe the page is run by somebody else.
