Proposals for Baluchistan

There are a few proposals to end the trouble in Baluchistan:

1. Complete and total transfer of ALL MINERAL/NATURAL RESOURCES to the Provincial government.

2. Abolishment of all military installations including the Staff College Quetta and complete withdrawl of all forces.

3. Other provinces must be compelled to BUY natural gas/minerals at INTERNATIONAL PRICES with 100% revenue transfers to Baluchistan.

4. No people from other provinces must be allowed to migrate to Baluchistan, NOTWITHSTANDING the constitution.

5. Calling any Pakistani as RAW/CIA/MOSSAD AGENT must be considered a HATE CRIME.

6. Industries must ONLY be located in the province which provides RAW MATERIALS to such industries.

7. No particular ethnic group must be dominant in the FEDERAL and MILIATRY BUREACRACY.

8. No budget, resolution or constitutional amendment passed by the National assembly should be effective untill the Senate also approves of the same.

9. There must be equal number of judges in the supreme court from all federating units.

10. A province is to share its resources with other provinces ONLY AFTER IT HAS FULLFILLED ITS OWN NEEDS.

11. A PLEBLICITE should be held in Baluchistan regarding the continuation or cessation of the tribal system. No other province has any right to give its opinion regarding the tribal system.

12. All foreign companies including those of China must take approval from BOTH the Federal and Provincial Governments before investment.

13. There should be travel documents for temporary stay in another province. A visit to another province must be notified to the police of that province.

Resources and land... it is Pakistan and shall not be handed over to few RAW agents!

Pakistan incur more costs than its defence budget, in administration of provinces, feeding the provincial parasites, addressing political issues and last but not least delays in development projects.

Baluchistan was always more autonomous than other provinces and the result is in front of us!!

Ever wonder.. so much talk but no issues with absence of schools and planned cities in Baluchistan.

The only, project of Baloch uplift since last many years was Gawadar and it is shelved!!!!!!!!!!!

Indian spend billions on arms and army build up and their core objective is to separate Sindh & Baluchistan. (Gilgit Baltistan is latest addition)

Why shall they not spend few billion dollars to sabotage education of Balochis?

They can buy any chief minister for less than 10 million dollar!!!!

What use would that be of? There are cantts all over the country, it is Pakistan's military, not Punjab Army, and Balochistan is a part of Pakistan.

3. Other provinces must be compelled to BUY natural gas/minerals at INTERNATIONAL PRICES with 100% revenue transfers to Baluchistan.
This would make Balochistan a practical country , and not a province, the pricing issue is handled by the Provincial government, and the resources are Pakistan's resources, not only balochistans.
4. No people from other provinces must be allowed to migrate to Baluchistan, NOTWITHSTANDING the constitution.
Again, this is a very stupid idea.
5. Calling any Pakistani as RAW/CIA/MOSSAD AGENT must be considered a HATE CRIME.

Yes.. ensuring fairness, eliminating Colonial tendencies and nepotism from ALL institutions would make sense.
But .. you are high on Ganja here.

Quota system should be finished.... an educational policy on Balochistan must be adopted and they brought into the mainstream.
Domination of a single province on resources.. must be controlled...however... this must be done with the province's role in national GDP output.
For eg.. Punjab needs water no matter what .. since it does create the majority of agricultural produce that contributes to the GDP of the country.Similarly.. Balochistan should have say over its natural resources being used judiciously instead of being hogged. Sindh needs a larger power quota from the rest of the country as most major businesses and industries exist here..
KP requires better infrastructure due to its power generation and mineral resource ability.

That has to be thought out by people with both economical and political understanding.
Such rushed, emotional proposals are nothing more than bias reflected in ASCII/unicode.
