Yep.... War for territory and gain of sultan and his allies is a jihad *rolls eyes*..... WWI was a war that started for gain of few and ended with death of many... There is nothing holy about it or glorious about it expect understanding between soldiers from different side of the trenches (Gallipoli, French-German trenches/Western Front)




Edit: My deepest respect and love to soldiers who could overcome the meaningless differences between them such as race, nation, religion and color!!!

I hope that you meant the 'Greater Jihad' by that; which is to say - overcoming a character flaw, some inhumane societal norm etc. ! Otherwise if its the other one your implying in perpetuity than I believe they have another term for it - Warmongering !

Who told you Jihad an Nafs was the "greater Jihad"?

Physical Jihad for the sake of Islam is the greatest Jihad there is ... these porker euros have never stopped fighting against the Muslims and insulting and attacking Islam

Agreed with Deno, There is nothing holy about the First war! The Ottoman Empire only joined duo the Fact is was a dying empire which was strugling to simple stand, So this was nothing more then a last stand and a desperate attempt to regain former power.
