Whether there is a will, there is a way!

We know that lot of info. and details are kept classified within our military. So probably they get the desired attention and funds but are not disclosed to public unless very necessary.

Tender says remaining work of workshop. Workshop and production facility are completely two different things. People who are posting these news, are they so naive?
